LeAnn
Willard – President:
LeAnn Willard is a native Memphian
who spent 16 years working in the local IT arena and holds a degree in Computer
Information Systems. She has held positions from User Support Services
Supervisor to Technical Writer/Trainer, Programmer, Data Analyst, Systems
Manager, and Business Manager. She is currently working as an IT Recruiter and
assistant to Jill Herrin at JD Resources, Inc. LeAnn is currently working
towards her certification (CPC). She is also an active member of the
Technology Council for the Memphis Chamber of Commerce.
Bill Hillhouse - Webmaster:
Bill has over 20 years of experience in the information systems field. His
career involves both the management and technical areas of the IT world.
Eight of those years have been spent as a consultant & contract programmer for
various clients.
Jill
Herrin, CPC - Membership:
Jill
Herrin, CPC is an experienced IT search and placement professional with over
twenty years of successful recruiting industry background and 17 years of
business ownership. She is the Founder and President of JDResources, Inc. (JDR,
Inc.) a company specializing in Information Technology People Resources. Jill
received a Bachelors of Personnel, Business Administration and Law from the
University of London in 1978. She is trained in all aspects of Personnel Search
and Employment Law by National Association of Personnel certified trainers and
received her Certified Personnel Certificate (CPC) in 1993. Jill is a Member of
the Pinnacle Society (organization comprised of the top one percent of
recruiters nationwide), a Member of the National Association of Personnel
Services and a Member of the Million Dollar Circle. Jill was born and raised in
London, England, has been a resident of Tennessee since 1982 and became a
United States Citizen in 1995.
Vikki Harrison - Treasurer:
Vikki Harrison is a senior business
analyst with Williams-Sonoma, Inc. She has been working in IT since 1968 and
has grown up with the business. A native of this area, she has worked in
distribution, retail, educational and transportation environments. Vikki has
worked on IBM machines beginning with the old card sorters through today’s
“super computers”. Vikki is the mother of 3 children and 1 extremely fabulous
grandson.
Dan Petit –
Board Member:
Dan Petit is a Manager of Applications Development at Inventory Locator Service,
winner of Forbes Magazine’s Best of the Web award in the aerospace industry
several years in a row. Here he serves as Chief Applications Architect and
Project Manager. He is also the President of FlexiSoft Solutions (www.flexisoftsolutions.com),
makers of Standards Master, an automated coding standards enforcement tool for
Microsoft technologies.
Dan is the author of the book Real Visual Basic and of numerous articles on such
topics as advanced Visual Basic programming, software development processes,
coding standards, object-oriented analysis and design, UML modeling, WinForms
programming, and artificial intelligence.
Tami
McBride – Board Member:
Tami is an IT recruiting and
consultancy professional with JD Resources, Inc. with over 18 years of
leadership managing IT teams in mid to large-scale environments, supporting both
supply chain applications and technical infrastructure implementations, as well
as leading large-scale global project implementations.
