Meeting April 13th - Requirements Management

Try something a little different!  The Mid-South Business Technology Group is dedicated to serving the local community by providing multi-platform business technology solutions. Our goal is to assist technology and business professionals managing small to mid-size companies to stay current on proven emerging technologies and industry solutions.

Our Speaker:   Dan Petit, Inventory Locator Service

Dan Petit is a Manager of Applications Development at Inventory Locator Service, winner of Forbes Magazine’s Best of the Web award in the aerospace industry several years in a row. Here he serves as Chief Applications Architect and Project Manager. He is also the President of FlexiSoft Solutions (www.flexisoftsolutions.com), makers of Standards Master, an automated coding standards enforcement tool for Microsoft technologies.

Dan is the author of the book Real Visual Basic and of numerous articles on such topics as advanced Visual Basic programming, software development processes, coding standards, object-oriented analysis and design, UML modeling, WinForms programming, and artificial intelligence.

This presentation will discuss requirements gathering techniques and ways of managing changes to the requirements you gather.
